USB168 High Performance webcam with lights 300K

This really is a great webcam for such a low price. It has a superb clear picture with an advanced CCD chip
usually found on much more expensive models. With a 30FPS frame rate and image size up to 800 x 600 the
performance is excellent.

The USB168 has six built in White Light LED's to give night operation which can be set to On/Off or Auto. In
auto mode they come on when its dark and go off when its light. The light sensing is done via the camera itself
not by a separate light sensor which gives the USB168 webcam superior switching performance. The camera
is a low light model and goes Monochrome when the light level is too low for colour giving a good monochrome
image. The camera can also be switched to B/W mode as required. There are also settings for Indoor/Outdoor
operation and backlight compensation and auto low light mode.

The USB168 webcam Zoom function is very good and can be controlled from within most good webcam
programs. For a 300K pixel webcam the USB168 really performs well.

And in addition to all the technical settings there is a large variety of fun effects to add to your pictures
including a newspaper mode which is very effective. All in all this camera is brilliant value for money with
sparkling performance which outperforms many far higher priced units. Uses the Sonix Chip.
