Get a webcam like this for your own website Live streaming webcam from the Royal Welsh Yacht Club in the medieval walled town of Caernarfon. This is the oldest yacht club premises in the world with a spectacular view out to the Menai Strait and the old town.

The Royal Welsh Yacht Club was established in 1847 and the club building dates back to the 13th Century.

This is a very interesting camera to watch with the club members taking to their small craft at every opportunity.
The Menai Strait is actually a narrow stretch of shallow tidal water about 16 miles long and it separates the island of Anglesey from the mainland of Wales.

The strait has two bridges, the Menai Suspension Bridge and Robert Stephenson's 1850 Britannia Tubular Bridge.
