The service must be used in full compliance with the law and must not infringe on any copywrite.
Camsecure supply the streaming transport technology only and are not in any way responsible for material transmitted by third parties over this medium.
Camsecure will shut down and cancel any stream when it is brought to our attention that unsuitable material or illegal material is being broadcast or that the stream is being used for unlawful purposes of any nature or if confirmed privacy issues are raised.
Camsecure reserve the right to close down a stream without notice for any reason it concludes is not acceptable practice or use of the facility.
Camsecure do not guarantee the availablity of any stream although every possible endeavour is made to operate a reliable and continuous service.
Service breaks can be monitored on our service status page.
Should payment for a stream fail the customer will be reminded first by the contact details supplied, subsequently via an on screen message on the customers stream and finally if payments are not resumed the stream will shut down.
Contact details supplied are subject to our Privacy Policyolicy.
Payment Processing
The website https://camsecure.co.uk does not process payment directly and no customer card or account information is stored by us. Payment processing is passed directly to PayPal who process all payment details securely via their secure gateway and pass the resultant order information to us on completion of a successful transaction.
Passwords
Passwords for cameras, encoders and other IP equipment connected to our service are stored securely on our media server which is behind secure firewall systems. Passwords are supplied by the customer who should ensure that their password for their equipment is adequately secure in length and character usage. Passwords are not displayable once entered in to the system for added security and are encrypted and are not stored elsewhere. Passwords are stored and used by the system until such time that the service is terminated by the customer when all connection information including the password are deleted immediately.
Connection Information
Camera and other device connection details including IP addresses, Ports and connection strings are stored securely on the media server providing the service. Connection forms submitted to https://camsecure.co.uk are stored via hard copy only and electronic copies are deleted following the production of the hard copy.
All camera connection information including passwords are deleted immediately on cancellation of a streaming contract when the stream account is deleted from the servers or at customers request e.g. following an update to details.
Recordings
Recordings are only made from customers cameras at the customers request and when a recording service is purchased. Recordings are stored on the secure server behind the secure firewall. The recordings are only available to the customer via the secure link supplied. Recordings are deleted on a rolling 48 hour cycle. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep their secure link, private and only share with trusted others.
If the customer suspects that a secure recording download link is compromised, the recording service for that device can be shut down or secured with a different link immediately and any recordings deleted immediately upon a request from the customer.
If a data breach were detected or suspected the system is locked down immediately until the cause is discovered and rectified as applicable.
Customer have a right to complain to the ICO if they think there is a problem with the way https://camsecure.co.uk are handling their data.
