The Targus 300K webcam is a good no fuss no frills webcam for general use. It has a true 300K pixel sensor Interpolated to 1.3
megapixel so you can get a good 30FPS image at 640 x 480 resolution.

This is an ideal low cost webcam for use with Skype, ooVoo and other webcam video conferencing or chat programs. Its image is
clear and can be focused by turning the lens at the front. Colour is good and at 320 x 240 image for use with video chat programs the
picture quality is excellent for such a low cost webcam.

The Targus webcam uses a Sonix chip and so the software can access the usual Sonix list of features including back light control,
low light, colour/mono, image flip and mirror etc. as well as all the usual colour brightness contrast and sharpness controls too.

The Targus 300K webcam also has a built in microphone which is brought to the PC via a separate jack plug so if where you position
your webcam is too far away from you to make effective use of it, you can unplug the microphone lead and plug in your preferred mic.

The webcam stand can be turned into an adjustable monitor clip so the Targus 300K webcam can be fitted to flat screen or
conventional monitors and laptop screens too, or just used on a desktop.

Supplied with drivers for XP/Vista Windows 7 this low cost webcam is a great performer.
