Polzeath beach is beautiful and an extremely popular beach. For something a little less busy Polzeath’s little sister beach, New Polzeath to the right of the bay, is an excellent place to swim well away from the surfboards and catches the last of the sun too
For those who love to stretch their legs there is a nice easy two mile walk from the beach to nearby Daymer Bay and Rock which is located at the mouth of the Camel Estuary.
